I use is.gd mostly (ther’s also a script for Ubiquity addon, aswell as for other services), also, tr.im has catchy domain name and small letter count. Haven’t used it too much, though .

Personally, I don’t use any of these services directly, because all of my microblogging is done via twhirl, which has a great implementation of (few) services mentioned here.
So every time that I need to shorten my link, I use is.gd service, ’cause every letter counts
