Can I cancel my subscription anytime? What will happen to my app?

Yes, you can cancel your Shoutem subscription anytime. When the paid period expires, your app will automatically become inactive and unresponsive, you will not be able to use it but it will remain stored on your Shoutem account in case you decide to activate it again sometime in the future.

Have in mind subscriptions are on auto-renewal on a monthly or yearly basis, make sure to request cancelation via email on time before the scheduled renewal date!

I would like to make certain adjustments to the existing feature in the builder, how can I do that?

If you would like to change and/or remove certain buttons, add additional text fields, rearrange items on a certain screen, everything is possible but not in the existing extension in the builder area.

I clicked on the Publish button in the builder, how come I can’t find my app in Google Play and the Apple App Store?

Your app is received in our publishing queue list from where we will review it and manually prepare it for submission. When the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation along with the details of when you should expect to see your app in the Stores.
